British Open (BOTCC) 2016 Wudang Tai Chi Spear Form

This is my first attempt at competition forms. There are some areas for improvement that are more clear from the video, which I hope to develop before the next competition. The wonderful tuition I get from the instructors at Northants Tai Chi () will see to that.
