Kata like a Champion – Training with Jake Mace – Real Bagua Zhang. This is how I practice my traditional Chinese Kung Fu Form Training. I know that Kata is a Japanese Term so save your breath! I like the term Kata even for describing Chinese Kung Fu Forms because Kata is more widely known by the Martial Arts community.
