The Liang DingShrBaDong is one of the oldest BaGuaZhang forms. According to Shrfu ZhangXueAn this set was written by DongHaiChuan and LiangZhenPu. The form provides a way for new students to learn BaGuaZhang fundomentals while also addressing structural alignment. Zhang Shrfu says that the DingShrBaDong is the foundation form of Liang bagua.
