Tai Chi 10 form demonstration by Jose Guerra. Here I perform the 10 forms, also known as the 8 forms of Tai Chi, at a normal pace in my comfortable Shaolin kung fu uniform. Tai Chi is a great martial art and it is practiced for its health benefits.
The 10 forms is based on Yang Style and is a shorter version of the Tai Chi 24 form. There is also a 16 form version of Tai Chi that was commissioned by the Chinese government. Although many beginners are taught the 24 forms as an introduction to Tai Chi, the 10 forms is a very good starting place for anyone who wants to learn Tai Chi in a short time and still get a feel for the art and health benefits.
