Tai Chi Gong

Tai Chi Gong (Tiger Mountain) vist af Stig von Rosen fra Tai Chi Form. Sættet består af 9 stillinger – som gentages mens man drejer overkroppen, som hvis man lavede Tai Chi formen – dog med vægten lige fordelt på begge ben. Stillingerne blev lavet til at kunne udføres stående eller siddende af Grandmaster Tung Hu Ling.

Stig von Rosen underviser i Tai Chi og Tai Chi Gong, og han er elev hos Master Kai Ying Tung.

The set consists of 9 postures – each of them repeated as you rotate your upper body side to side while expanding and contracting as if you were doing the Tai Chi form. The postures were designed to be done standing or sitting and were conceived by Grandmaster Tung Hu Ling.

Stig von Rosen teaches tai chi and tai chi gong, and is a student of Master Kai Ying Tung.
