I’ve learned the 24-, 42-, and 48-form routines of Taiji based on the Yang Style, but they are all adaptations of the traditional Yang-style Taiji. I am going to learn some real Yang-style Taiji with its traditional flavor, and this simplified 13 steps demonstrated by a famed Yang descendant Yang Zhenduo is a good start. It’s simple and doesn’t require much space. We can do it to relax physically and mentally and keep fit anywhere and anytime.
