Jeffrey Michaud, student of Master Kai-Ying Tung (tungkaiying.com) since 1993, demonstrates the Tung Family Slow Set. This form was developed by Master Tung as a slow set comprised of the moves from his Grandfather’s Fast Form. Called Tung Family Set, it was originally created for advanced students by Grandmaster Ying-Chieh Tung. Unlike the fast form which alternates between fast and slow movements, the slow set is each of those movements all being executed slowly.
