Tai Chi Chuan offers a “library” of movements that can be used for various self defense purposes. In general, practitioners know that each posture can be applied for strikes (dim mak — vital point strikes), joint locks (chin na) and take downs (shuai jiao). In this video, Sifu Gee shows some dim mak type strikes that are found in the postures found at the beginning of the Yang Lu Chan Tai Chi form.
