Tai Chi for Arthritis – Tai Chi Hangout

Another good article about practicing Tai Chi to help with arthritis. The students can start sitting down and gradually progress to standing and do the whole forms.

Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise. The course is accessible for people with limited mobility as they can sit down to do some of the exercises and movements are undertaken within the comfort, capability range and limitations of each individual’s body. Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise system and martial art.
